Hello, I urgently need your help to process my customer’s refund request, which is a whopping TWD 50,000.
It’s been 33 days since I pressed the refund button, and no one from you has contacted me to explain why the refund is stuck at “pending.” I hope you can address this issue.
Also, I don’t recommend using this platform because they freeze your income without any reason, and their only response is a dismissive statement that your store’s review failed, so your income will be suspended for up to six months before you can access it.
This is my own painful experience, and I’m warning anyone who hasn’t yet gone through this.
