Show all brands with icons and with their link with marquee

i am trying to find a solution to show a brand list with their logos and links on it with the moving/sliding from left to right.

exactly like this website https://www.kraken.com/ > section Build your crypto portfolio

If you check the homepage of this website there’s this section that moves from left to right and when we hover over this section it stops moving

For this, you have to create a section widget in the theme which will have three fields text, image, and link.

use the below script to create an autorun slider or you can create settings for that.
