So, I have created a Shopify store, but I also have enabled my own custom url, however, after entering my url, my Shopify domain appears on the url bar until the page has loaded.
Is there a way not to have the Shopify url appear at all?

This sounds like your custom domain is not set as your primary domain yet. Once you add your custom domain to Shopify admin, you will also need to set it as the primary domain your traffic is directed to. This can be easily resolved! If you go to the admin and select Online Store > Domains, you can see the domains attached to your store. You’ll see th Primary Domain section at the top of the page, you can select ‘change primary domain’ in the top corner. Here you can select your custom domain as your primary domain! Once you make this change, it may take up to 24 hours to take effect. This is expected; all changes to domains or domain records usually take up to 24 hours to propagate.

I am experiencing the same issue. I believe my settings are all correct in my Domain Set up. However when I type my www. into the URL search, my website name is not shown and only the shopify domain name. I am sure this was not happening when I first set up my domain. Can I please get some help with this?

It sounds like your custom domain is also not set as your primary domain. However, it is not easy to pinpoint that as the definitive root of the problem unless we look into the account. It would be great if you could share a screenshot of your Domains section’s current setup here so we can review it together. Thanks!
Also, does the mshopify.com domain show up only when you enter your domain www., not the root domain?
