@samasks Seems like its a custom coded section. Your best bet would be to hire a Shopify Partner/Expert if you’d like to discuss this more, don’t hesitate to send me a PM.
The heading and images might be doable with a multicolumn section may be but for the tabs you most probably have to code because there’s no section like this i believe as a pre built section.
For the most part you will need the section to be custom coded.
I have worked with the shrine theme before. Don’t know what version are you using or it’s free or paid but owners who didn’t buy a licence had an issue where the cart did not update dynamically and users had to refresh the page to see changes for adding, removing or deleting products and I was able to code it up. So just a past experience with the theme.
