Shrinking logo on scroll

Hi guys,

I urgently need assistance.

I’m trying to add a logo that shrinks on scroll, a full-width hero slider, and a menu positioned below the logo

similar to this website - Learn to Knit | Learn to Crochet | Cardigang

Please help me achieve this as I’m doing this independently. I’m open to using either the Dawn or Glow theme
