Site speed issue - suggestions appreciated

Hello,
I would love some suggestions on how to improve my site speed.

I have optimized images, removed the carousel, and compressed javascript but my Shopify Site Score has not changed and GTmetrix and Google page speed barely shifted.

My concern is mostly for mobile.

Specific questions:

If I want to Lazyload some images on my home page, where do I find the code that contains the actual images so I can add the lazyload class?

It seems like my page is loading JQuery 3 times.

Where can I find this and clean this up?
