Hello, I accidentally deleted my G Suite TXT value, and I need to re-enter it into Shopify. Is there any way to find my TXT value?

To find your G Suite TXT value, you can follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Google Admin console.
  2. Go to the “Apps” section and click on “G Suite”.
  3. Click on the “Domain names” tab.
  4. Click on the domain name you want to view the TXT value for.
  5. Scroll down to the “DNS records” section.
  6. Look for the “TXT (Text)” record with the name “@”. The value of this record is your TXT value.

If you are unable to find your TXT value in the Google Admin console, you may need to contact Google support for assistance.

Once you have retrieved your TXT value, you can add it to your Shopify store by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Shopify admin panel.
  2. Go to the “Online Store” section and click on “Domains”.
  3. Click on the domain you want to add the TXT value to.
  4. Scroll down to the “Google verification” section.
  5. Paste your TXT value into the “Google TXT value” field.
  6. Click “Save”.

Your TXT value should now be added to your Shopify store.

When I get to the domains tab I get manage domains and allowlist. When I enter manage domains tab you cant click on the domains or go any farther than that.

No worries, we’ve all been there with accidental deletions. To retrieve your G Suite TXT value, check your G Suite admin console or contact support—they should help you out.
