The app is called Sizify - Clothing Size Finder - its a widget that shows up on your product pages & offers your customers tailored clothing size recommendations as they shop. A video that explains how it works better than me can be found here
Sizify serves the same function as a size chart while also encouraging cross sells between apparel products. Large e-commerce brands have had access to these types of tools for years.
Any Shopify merchant with the app can tap into the Sizify user base. Put another way, a shopper can get size recommendations on my Shopify store. Then using the same login go to your Shopify store and start getting size recommendations immediately.
