One of my collections has only one single product. When a customer selects the collection with only one product in it, they’re taken to the standard collection page which presents the single image. They must then tap/click that image to go on to the actual product page. This confuses the customer and creates an unnecessary hurdle to conversion. How can I make the single product collection simply link directly to the product page in collections with only a single product in it?

Dear esteem I have perfectly gone through your above request and i can understand what is the fault on your shopify account, as regards the collections
All you need to do is to go to the left side of your store, where it displays all sorts of setting including your Theme settings e.t.c and you will now CLICK HERE

Currently, there is no way to link a product page to your menu item directly. It needs to go to the page where you then select the item. You may be able to change this by making some changes to your theme code. I recommend consulting with a Shopify Expert to see if they can make this change for you.

Thanks for the clarification and the Experts link Emily! I’m selling a variety of POD products but I’m having problems offering the personalizable designs I’ve created due to inability to find functional apps for this.
