Please check theme settings also please check the js option in global.js
in js there will be option for this
Theme settings only allow to activate swipe on mobile and it is by default the arrows and numbers. I don’t really know what do you mean with js option in global.js. I’ve having look and found the slider component but my experience on coding is -10.

If dots are created by css, this can easily be achieved with few lines of css, however if it is coming from the javascript library, it will take some work to review and modify that code. You can contact our support team and we can review the code and let you know.
