Add your social media links once - the theme will automatically use them anywhere the icons are displayed (header, footer, etc.).

  1. Go to your Shopify admin.
  2. Navigate to Online Store → Themes → Customize.
  3. In the left sidebar, scroll down to the Footer (sometimes also available in Header or Social Media section, depending on theme).
  4. Look for a Social media or Theme settings option.
  • In Dawn, it’s usually under Theme settings → Social media.
  1. Paste in your full URLs (e.g., https://facebook.com/YourPageName, https://instagram.com/YourHandle, etc.).
  2. Save your changes.

Go to Shopify admin ->Online Store → Customize
In left panel select Theme settings
Choose Social media
Paste in your full profile URLs (e.g. https://facebook.com/YourPageName , https://instagram.com/yourusername).
Save and refresh preview.
you can see your social media icons at the footer.

You can link your social media icons to your social media sites right here in the settings.

Just add the links for each social media platform once, and they will automatically be connected to the corresponding icons.

Hi @awirtz,

Please go to Customize > Theme settings > Social media. When you add the URL, include the full address including https:// will automatically add the social media icon. If a field is blank, no icon is displayed. Refer link
