Before we dive into the issue at hand, let’s make sure you were able to successfully upload a social sharing image in your store preferences. To do so, please review these steps:
From your Shopify Admin, click Online store.
Click Preferences.
Find the Social sharing image section.
To upload a new image, click Add image. To change the existing image, click Edit > Change image.
Select the image from your computer that you want to show on social media.
Click Save.
It’s possible that didn’t save due to a local issue, so always double-check from a private or incognito window when in doubt. If that’s not the problem, then you may just need to employ a debugger for the social networking platform with the problem.
In fact, you can force pull latest images for Meta products through this Facebook debugger tool here: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/. Simply enter your store URL to force load the images available when sharing.
It’s also a good idea to bookmark a general site to address this issue across other social networking platforms. A great third-party solution is something like https://socialsharepreview.com/ to preview social media images.

Yes, the image is uploaded on Preferences and checked in Incognito as well. The image is visible when the website is shared on Whatsapp. But on other platforms, it is not.
When I checked the debugger, it gives me the following issue with image -

Invalid URL
Provided og:image URL, //www.shopferme.com/cdn/shopifycloud/shopify/assets/no-image-2048-5e88c1b20e087fb7bbe9a3771824e743c244f437e4f8ba93bbf7b11b53f7824c_1024x1024.gif was not a valid URL.

I double-checked the URL you shared and there is definitely no social sharing image for social networks saved, hence the debugger information is correct. While I’m not sure which image you may have been pulled for WhatsApp, I can confirm there is no sharing image from my end.
Based on what you shared, this is likely because your theme has a separate section to save a social sharing image rather than the generalized one in your Admin. This is typically found in Admin > Online Store > Themes > Customize Theme > Theme Settings, or something of that sort. If you can confirm which theme it is you’re using I’d be glad to double check that for you.
