"something went wrong" on clicking view all collection

Hi, i have a problem with a client store, and when i click to view all collection i am getting this error :

“There was a problem loading this website”

Try refreshing the page.

If the site still doesn’t load, please try again in a few minutes.

i did everything, clear cache, make a new link, use different browser than chrome, etc..

This page also does not load for me, though the end of the URL to view all products would usually be collections/all rather than just /collections. But brilliasboutique.eu/collections/all also does not seem to be loading! I can load every other page on the site though, so it is odd that this one URL is having problems. I’d like to walk you through some troubleshooting questions now to see if we can resolve this.

  • This may be related to your theme - can I ask if you have made any coding changes recently? If so, I’d recommend downloading a clean copy of the theme you are using to test if the page loads on an unedited version of your theme.
  • Are you using a lot of apps on your theme? It may be worthwhile disabling your apps and re-introducing them one by one so you can narrow down which one may be causing an issue.
