Sticky head on scroll up not working on my store

Hey all, in the theme editor I have sticky header on scroll up enabled, however when I go to my website it’s not working as expected. It seems to function as if sticky header is disabled. Here is a link to my store. Any ideas how to fix this?

This seems to make the header sticky, but I was hoping to only have it sticky on scroll up

With only that, seems like the sticky is already worked when you scrolled up
