Sticky header reduce logo size - how to make searchbar moving too - dawn theme

Hi guys,

I am using a header in my store that is sticky but reduces the size of the logo when scrolling and the header narrows. The problem is that I have added a custom search bar, which does not look aesthetically pleasing when narrowed. Is there an option that when the logo is narrowed, the search bar will be moved by x pixels so that it will still be centered with respect to the header? It does not have to shrink, just move up with the narrowing bar and return to its position when the header expands.

This is difficult for me to understand. Can you please simplify it in an easier way?

When the header gets smaller during scrolling, then the search bar has a much smaller botton padding, which looks unsightly. This can be seen in the images
