Stop slideshow banner from scrolling up and down (Dawn Theme)

I’ve added a slideshow component but as you scroll down the page, if you scroll on the section, it moves up and down (as shown in the video).

Is there any way to make it so when you scroll up and down when hovering over it, it does not move, and stays in a fixed position.

I really appreciate any advice.
