I’m seeking urgent assistance regarding a critical issue with my Shopify store. Approximately two weeks ago, Shopify unexpectedly terminated my store, citing only a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, without providing specific details or context.
Following Shopify’s instructions, I attempted to complete the appeal form that was sent to my email. However, each attempt to submit the form results in a persistent error, making it impossible to formally appeal or seek clarification on the suspension.
I’ve repeatedly contacted Shopify’s support channels for assistance. Each interaction ended with a promise that my case would be escalated to the Trust and Safety Team, yet I have received no communication or follow-up from them to date. Additional requests for escalation through other support channels have similarly yielded no progress.
I’m deeply concerned about the unexplained closure and the ongoing lack of response. My business has been significantly impacted by this unresolved situation. I would greatly appreciate any guidance, direct escalation, or contact information to reach someone who can genuinely assist in resolving this matter.
