Hello! I was hoping i could get some store feedback on my dropshipping store. Have been running ads on Tik Tok and they performed pretty well the first few days with holding great CTR (high 3%), but we were not able to get any conversions. I really appreciate the help!
Hi @JF33 , this is Kate from the PageFly Shopify Builder team.
You’re on the right track with good customer reviews. However, for your TikTok ads, you need a dedicated landing page, not just a product page.
1. Create a hero banner with a clear headline
The headline should immediately convey your product’s highlight feature(s). Here’s an example: “Welcome to Endless Fun with TurboTotz Indoor Arena – Your Child’s Safe & Exciting Play Haven!” Visual example:
2. Urgency and scarcity
If applicable, add elements that convey urgency or scarcity (like a low stock alert or limited-time offer) to encourage immediate purchases. For example:
3. Mobile optimization
Since the traffic is coming from TikTok, it’s crucial that the mobile version of the site is also optimized. I noticed that you did it as well. However, currently, only two images are displayed initially, and they appear to be of low resolution.
4. Promotion
This banner isn’t sticky. Visitors may miss that. Consider making it sticky, or creating a whole section to highlight it.

I believe these suggestions will help you improve your TikTok ad traction and sales. If you find them valuable, please let me know by giving a thumbs-up or marking this as a solution
Wishing you a wonderful and cozy day ahead, and all the best in your business endeavors. Keep up the awesome work!
Cheers,

Hi JF33,
This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App.
I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions that will help increase your conversion rate:
-
Revamping your site. At first glance, your site needs some improvement both visually and also functionally. https://www.sleepingbaby.com/ Here’s an example of a cleanly put-together store.
-
Connect Social Media. If you already have a growing Instagram account, it would help to connect the feed to your main site, thus giving it more social proof. Research shows that 76% of customers buy products seen on social media posts.
-
Adding a blog. Adding blog posts about parental tips, who you are, examples of how people are using the play pen etc can help drive organic traffic to your site.
-
Influencer Collab. Since you have visually appealing products, it would be good to connect with micro-influencers, send them some of your pieces, and ask them to create some content for your social media as well as your Shopify store.
-
Connecting online with offline. If you have a showroom / physical store, make sure always to tell your customers about your online store, adding a quick card with your online store address provides your new customers a chance to purchase again without coming to your physical store.
-
Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) When you have some converting customers, ask them how they found out about your shop. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.
Hope this helps!
