same for me. twitter/chat/email. nothing available on any of those supports. they are likely inundated with questions right now, but they should have a system in place for letting their customers know what possible timeframe we are facing.

We are having the same issue when logging in and customers can not purchase on checkout.

This looks like it is affecting a lot of users. I submitted a ticket and am awaiting a reply… my guess is that it is temporarily down.

Same! I am having the same problem. I was almost done making my shop and took a break for a little bit. I came back and it said “Not Found”. Please help

i’ve used Shopify for six years and this is the first time it’s happened, it shouldn’t take long for the fix.

It may be frustrating, but it’s also a good thing. if everything was perfect you’d know they weren’t innovating very fast.
