Cannot log in to my admin dashboard (today 01/11/22)

When I log in to my administration it shows: "

Not Found

The website is still running I just cannot log in to the back end. Tried reset the browser, deleted caches and cookies, logged in in “incognito” mode. Nothign works.

I was working on my store for most of the day (still unpublished), then stepped away for an hour. When I tried to log back in, I received the message ‘not found’. I tried logging in from the Shopify main page (instead of my saved URL) and received the same message. I tried rebooting my PC and this did not help. As of now, I am not able to log into my store and need some help.

Hi all, I am experiencing this issue today so the problem has not been resolved.

I have contacted and am waiting for shopify assistance but just wanted to let Any shopify technicians attending this thread know it’s still an issue.

Hi, I was in the middle of doing my inventory, and Not Found appeared. Is this a wide outage, and if so when will it be back up?

when I log in to my app it says HTTP error and nothing will load. When I try to log in to my account through the Shopify website it says page not found. I was just on it printing orders a half hour ago. Help please!

Hi there suddenly i cant log in anymore in my admin page, it says under the link “not found” and if i go on the website it appears all blurred

For some reason when I try and login on my store it says not found, What does that mean?

hi -

I’m relatively new to Shopify but am having a huge problem.

As of today (1/11/22) I am unable to log on to Shopify Admin - it reads an error code 404

my customers are unable to ‘add to cart’ with the same error code.

Everything was working fine up until today and I’m a bit worried as Shopify support hasn’t gotten back to me.

If anyone knows what I can do to go about this, it would be great help.

Anyones site down…yet again? Classic Shopify pushes an update in the middle of EST day and we lose the ability to login. This is getting pretty damn old. It’s bad enough dealing with “Covid” without dealing with this companies inept ways.

Hi! I’m unable to log into my admin account, it says “not found” and now my store is not allowing purchases to be made (nothing can be put in the cart). Please help!
