I have read lots of posts on here and still haven’t found any answers, so hopefully someone can help me.
My store is quite new, however I was wondering if there any specific Shopify settings on my store that might stop it from appearing on Google?
Secondly - please can someone explain when searched on Bing - my shop appears but says ‘opening soon’ ? The wording ‘opening soon’ does not appear in any description/format on my site. Please can someone advise me on how to change this?

No there aren’t any regular settings that would stop it, it just takes time to get your rankings going (same for the “opening soon” in the search results, that’s old content that will update eventually).
Some things that can help you get indexed faster and more frequently by search engines:
Get more sites linking to your site
Go to Google search console and Bing webmaster tools and check your crawl stats, you could try doing a fetch request to your home page
Publish new content regularly (like blog posts, new products, etc)
