Hi there. I’d just like to know if the Storefront API is a feature included in any Shopify subscription plan, or if it’s a special feature exclusive to certain subscription plans or has a different pricing.

Storefront API is included in any Shopify subscription plan. If you sign up as a developer you don’t need to pay for a subscription while developing your app.
The Shopify Storefront API is included in Shopify plans. That said, if your headless project needs more flexibility (multi-store/multi-domain, invoicing, returns, credits, exchanges), I use ReadyCloud Headless since it gives you those APIs.
