i have stories on land, animals, environment thus have videos on all these thus can i aim a google at add people about aussie anmals, or land groups, also Indigenous groups, peace / war conferences as got war stories on drones and USA spy base in australia

If the videos comply with Google’s policies, yes you can advertise any video, but there is a difference between advertising videos and advertising products to sell.
You will quickly find video advertising is very expensive. Maybe check my other replies first.
