We are having an issue with our website as far as iPhone users. Our images are showing up stretched and blurred so customers are unable to scroll through the product page properly. I was told the main page is fine but once they click on pictures things are bad. Any help or insight would be great, I have not changed any coding in the website and I did reach out to support through chat and email a week ago and was told that it is still being looked into. I am hoping we can get some insight.

We have checked for this issue in real system and browserstack but it is working ok. In which system configuration or browser you are checking?

I am not sure which system they are using except they are
accessing through Safari and are unable to view the pictures. I received
another message last night from a customer about the issue and they
didnt order due to the issue.

We updated our theme to the Craft 2.0 and redid our whole website. No more issues. Stayed up late but at least our customers can see products again. We had almost no sales for a week now in process. I should have just done this sooner…
