Stuck at Handling Response while developing app

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to develop an app with Shopify Remix template, but as soon as I run yarn dev It redirects me to quickstart store where I install the app and then it just gets stuck at handling response before finally getting stuck at blank screen.

I have tried multiple times, but still this is what I get.

Hi, I am having the same issue with Firefox.
I am trying the following steps,

  • I had created the new application through CLI.

  • Change its distribution to public

  • Add this app to sales channel

  • Run app in Cli with command npm run dev

  • copy URL and paste in Firefox browser to install in Shopify admin

  • When I try to install the app. I found an error said Handling response.

I could resolve the issue by manually synchronizing my device clock in the Windows date and time settings. This problem occurs every other week again. Hope this might help someone.

Thanks working with time synchronizing , because shopify app cant recognize the actual terminal time ..

hello, I got the same error, and it still doesn’t work when syncing the time.

I can’t believe that was the problem, and it’s resolved!

I cant believe this was the problem! It works for me too.

Totally stuck… and this is the best ‘dumb’ fix I’ve ever come across. Genius in its simplicity!
