We are very new to this and are trying to set up a subscribe and save. Can someone please provide me with resources? Thank you!

Setting up subscribe and save for your store will require installing an app.
We have created Simple Subscriptions to do just that and it includes a 7 day free trial.
To get started with adding subscriptions to your store:

  1. Install the app and agree to our free trial (from link above)
  2. Complete our guided setup (no code editing)
  3. Create custom subscription plans for your products
