We have a challenge on our store where we offer a large catalogue (500+ items) that we want customers to be able to purchase on a “build your own subscription” basis. We’re currently with ReCharge, however whenever a customer purchases an item that is on sale, the customer gets the sale price, minus our subscribe and save discount.
Then when the product goes off sale, the subscription price remains at the sale price for the whole duration of their subscription unless we manually change it.
The reverse is also true - when a customer purchases a subscription product at the regular price, they are still charged the regular price during the month that the product goes on sale, so they do not get the sale price.
Does anyone have experience with a subscription app that can change the price in a customer subscription dynamically? That way we can offer subscription customers our sale price, but then when the product is regular price, they get charged at the regular price.
If an app like this exists that can handle our large catalogue and our frequent sales, I’d love to know about it.
