Supply Theme, can't change conditions in collections

I use the supply theme, and I cannot change a condition in a collection.

For instance I can put (“Product Tag” “Is Equal To” “Blue” )

but I cannot change the “is equal to” to anything else, like is not equal to, contains or ends with, etc.

Any help would greatly be appreciated!
