I’ve been waiting for the past half hour to get a shopify support advisor, and shopify’s chat app is not working. Is the chat app seems the only method shopify provides for support?
I need to edit my terms and conditions at checkout, but all suggestions shown under the help pages are not the correct method to edit my checkout terms. I can’t find them to edit them! So shopify has hidden my checkout terms so I cannot find/edit them and they won’t provide support to edit these either.? Why did working with Shopify become so impossible?
I tried to add a screenshot of shopify’s chat app not working, but it appears shopify won’t even allow us to add images - I’ve tried png, jpg, jpeg and bmp files but nope - their system won’t accept them. It’s asking for a CSV instead - so hopefully you can see the screenshot if the CSV. We have too much invested to go to another host other than shopify - but if I could start all over again 10 years ago - I would NOT chose shopify again - it seems to be the worst of all!!!
