I’ve been using the ShopSync app to connect Shopify to Mailchimp and sync my subscribers to Mailchimp. But is there any way to sync the Mailchimp audience to the Shopify subscribers, because when I want to send an email from the Shopify Email feature, I only have the subscribers which subscribed at the checkout. I want 2-way sync from Shopify to Mailchimp and vice versa.

Hey Mitch. I know this is a few years old and you’ve probably found a resolution by now, but here is an option for others with this need.
My solution was to:
Shopify Customers: bulk select all the customers that have opted-in to your Marketing List
Shopify Customers: bulk edit these customers by adding a Tag to their record (I used “Mailing List”)
MailChimp Shopify App: there is a setting in the official App labeled “Shopify Customer Tag Mapper”. Add the tag you created in Step 2 of these directions.
Shopify App: Install Free version of AOD: Smart Auto Tagger - https://apps.shopify.com/aod-smart-auto-tagger. This will be installed to manage all new orders & customers going forward.
Smart Auto Tagger: the rule you want to use for this is “Tag a customer based on the marketing policy assigned to them”. It should default to the proper setting that you need.
