Hi there,
I’m currently transitioning to using Amazon FBA to handle all my logistics in Europe. I sell the same products on both Amazon and Shopify, but the images, descriptions, titles, and prices are different across the platforms. Therefore, I do not want to import products from one platform to the other.
My main goal is to synchronize the stock between Amazon and Shopify so that product availability is always accurate. I’d like to use either the SKU or the barcode, as they are identical on both platforms, to ensure precise synchronization.
Additionally, I need orders placed on Shopify to automatically generate a fulfilment request to Amazon FBA.
Does anyone know the best way to achieve this? Are there any apps or integrations you would recommend for this specific use case? I’m looking for a simple and reliable solution.
Thanks in advance for your insights!

To achieve seamless synchronization between Amazon FBA and Shopify, you can use apps like Amazon FBA Shipping or Connectr that integrate both platforms. These apps allow you to synchronize stock levels based on SKU or barcode, ensuring that inventory is always up to date. For automatic order fulfillment, you can use ShipBob or Orderhive, which can create fulfillment requests to Amazon FBA whenever a Shopify order is placed. These integrations are designed to be simple and reliable for small to medium-sized businesses.

Hi Milords,
For your requirements, Amazon MCF by WebBee is an excellent solution. It ensures real-time stock synchronization between Shopify and Amazon using SKUs or barcodes and automatically sends Shopify orders to Amazon FBA for fulfillment. As an official Amazon partner with a 4.8-star rating on the Shopify App Store, it’s reliable, user-friendly, and ideal for multi-channel sellers like you who want to maintain platform-specific details while automating logistics. You can check it out to streamline your operations effortlessly.
Let me know if you need more details!

I used to sell on Amazon and Shopify, and back then there wasn’t a good solution for us (we sold in Amazon US, UK, Germany, and routed orders worldwide)… so I built the solution, that evolved into a full app, now often recommended by Shopify support, Order Automator.
It has a suite of features to expand your store’s functionality + is customizable and works with any Amazon marketplace.
It’s good for a complete solution of your order management tasks.
