Tabby is showing only ‘Pay with Tabby’ on the product page. It’s not displaying the split payment info or the installment amount.

Hi @moin31 , Thanks for posting. Here are the key steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1) Ensure Full Integration is Complete:- Check that the full Tabby widget script is installed, not just the button. Tabby usually requires a JavaScript widget on the product page to display instalment breakdowns.

2) Currency Compatibility:- Make sure your store currency is supported by Tabby (e.g. AED, SAR, etc.). If your currency isn’t supported, the installment info won’t show.

3) Theme Compatibility:- Some Shopify themes require manual placement of Tabby’s promo block. Try adding it inside the product form or price block manually if it’s not displaying:

4) JavaScript Conflicts:- Check your browser console for any JavaScript errors that may block the Tabby widget from rendering properly.

5) Cart or Checkout Custom Scripts:- If the product page works but the cart doesn’t, ensure the widget is not limited only to the product page. Tabby also provides a cart widget.
