What is the best way to hide tags like
and in product titles in third-party pop-up apps, such as ‘recently viewed products’ section?

Do I have to add code in the main-product liquid, within the {{ product.title | escape }} line, or do something within an other liquid file of the third-party-app?

The 3rd-Party-App-Developer is hiding his core (code) away from you. You have to reach out to his support.
