Tax exemption based on product quantity purchased

Does anyone know how to create a Tax exempt based on a product quantity?

In canada GST applies to baked goods for quantities under 6 but there is no GST when someone purchase 6 or more baked goods.

This is what I’m trying to implement for a shopify POS client.

Thanks for your post. At this time, it isn’t possible to create a tax override based on product quantity. I understand how this would help in cases like this, so I’ve submitted your feedback to our developers. I can’t guarantee this feature would be implemented, but if it is, an update will be shared to the Shopify Changelog.
