Tax included. Shipping calculated at checkout. I can’t find under assets theme.css to enter the code that is recommended on the other answers to remove this message.

In order to remove Tax included. Shipping calculated at checkout on the product page, please follow these steps :
- From your Shopify admin, go to Online store > Actions > Edit languages
- Click on Products in the top navigation menu, navigate to Include taxes and
Shipping policy html
- Delete these 2 fields
- Hit Save

Hi,
Im using the Studio theme and did the above. I still cant remove the line of shipping calculated at checkout. I was able to remove text for Shipping but the text for Taxes is greyed out and I cant remove it.
Can you provide a modern update on how to find the “edit languages” page? I do not see “actions” when looking at my online store
