Temporarily Hiding Shopping Cart Icon in Motion Theme

I am having trouble figuring out how to hide my shopping cart icon on my Shopify store. We are not currently selling out products online and are only using this site to point customers to our retailers. In the future, we would like to sell from the site. So, we will need to be able to reactivate the shopping cart in the future. Can I have some assistance with this?

Follow these Steps:

  1. Go to Online Store

  2. Edit Code

  3. Find theme.liquid file

  4. Add the following code in the bottom of the file above tag
