Hi @Chantelrudden ,
As per your requirement you want to implement a section from one theme to another theme.
I have checked the spark theme and it also has a testimonials sections but the difference is that the testimonials section in impulse contains the slider whereas the spark theme does not contains slider.
So you need someone who can implement this for you and also implement the testimonials sections which exact look and feel as of the reference site.
