I am having an issue with my website and was told it was a theme bug. I am not able to click into a product at all. The only way I can access the product page is if I click on reviews or right click and open in another tab. What do I do?

I did contact shopify support but they told me to post here because they could not help. I have never done any type of coding- is there a way I can get someone to look into the backend of my site and see what the problem might be?
