Theme editor changed layout

since the last 2 days the editor on my 27” screen turns into this annoying layout. At first the bottom left bar is shown on the right, as usual, and then it jumps to this position while typing in a field.

Does anyone else have this/ have a solution for it?

You could try to login and edit theme using another browser or use Incognito browser for checking.
