Theme: Venture - Need Subcategories Under Main Collections

I’m currently building my new website using the Venture theme.

On the home page, where the Collections are listed along the top bar, I want to be able to create ‘sub-categories’ for one of the collections, so there would be a drop down.

For Example the ‘In Stock Collection’ I want to be separated out like so:

In Stock

  • Apparel

  • Men’s

  • Ladies

  • Headwear

  • Bags

  • Hard Goods

Is this possible to do?
