Could you advise what theme you were previously using where you couldn’t see your images on your website? What theme are you using at the moment? If you’re not able to replicate this issue in a fresh theme then it may be an issue directly related to the theme you’re using. Have you recently installed any new apps or adjusted your theme code?

Hi Victoria, yes, i added a theme code but i removed it again. When i added a new theme code, everything worked fine. After i removed it the problem started.

Hi ProtoMan44, that’s correct that my website works well but i use another theme. I have a better theme but that’s the one with the problem.

To help identify what specific code is affecting your theme, you can try rolling back your theme code to an older date stamp. You can click the three dots () next to your theme and click Edit code. From there, click theme.liquid and in the drop-down menu under Recent changes, you should be able to select an older date stamp. You can find more information in our Help Center Resource.

At the moment i use another theme. The theme with the problem is a better theme but because of the problem i can’t use it now.
