Hi. I’ve tried out several themes, but no single one accomplishes my design hopes. One theme has 90% of what I want while another has a different 90%. It’s like a big 'ol Venn diagram.
I’m coming from WordPress where plugins can be installed to extend a theme’s design. As I understand Shopify, a theme has sections and blocks within those sections. While browsing through a theme’s “add section” I noticed an area for app specific sections (although it was blank), so I assume there are apps that provide additional sections and blocks, such as an image carousel for a theme that doesn’t include one; however, I haven’t been able to find any in Shopify’s app market. Am I using the wrong search term? Is the only option a page builder?
