Third Party Payment Providers! Shopify Payments vs Worldpay, Opayo and Checkout.com?!?

We’re looking to move our checkout from Shopify payments to a third party payment provider, I’d love some feedback from anyone who has done this?

Shopify do not offer the ability to link two bank accounts to our account, we want one in GBP and another in Euros hence the move.

I’ve spoken with Worldpay, Opayo and Checkout.com this week, all are cheaper than Shopify even with .5% Shopify fee. Most offer the same payment options for the UK, whilst generally offering slightly better European payment options.

Has anyone any experience with above options, the good, bad and ugly please?

The biggest downside to moving is we might have to have customers go “offsite” to checkout, I’m concerned this will lower conversion.
