Tiktok App Not Not compatible - Is There any other way to connect Tiktok to Shopify

Like many others facing this, Unfortunately, the Tiktok App in the Shopify store is not compatible with my country. I understand this is a limitation by Tiktok and Shopify support can’t help in this. However, my question is: Did anyone figure out an alternative way to connect Shopify to Tiktok?

I want to be able to track the campaigns I am running, Purchase CONV RATE ROI, etc…

I found an app on the Shopify store but am not sure if it works. (PixelTok: TikTok Pixel) From Adtrace.
