Tiktok Pixel Not Recording Add To Carts

Hi All,

I have the Tiktok app set up on my shopify and everything seems to be recording except add to carts. Does anyone know if this is a glitch or if there is any way to fix it? Here is a screenshot attached for reference. You’ll see that there is a lot of activity and purchases but the add to cart event seems to be fully missed.

Hi stackJS,

tiktok for shopify is not optimized well. i worked with some of my clients they faced same issue.

if your issue is not fixed yet i would recommend you to set up the tiktok pixel via GTM tag.
