Too Much Space in Dawn Theme Footer

I’ve tried all the solutions and suggested CSS but nothing works! Help!

There’s too much space between the logo and the social media icons. There’s too much space between the Text link (top right) and the email signup (bottom right). I’d also like for the Text link to line up to the right side like the email signup. Any help is appreciated!

To make the specified changes to your footer, please make the following changes:

1.Go to your Shopify admin panel.

2.Navigate to Online Store > Themes.

3.Find your theme and click on Customize.

4.Click Actions > Edit code.

5.In the left sidebar, under the Layout directory, select base.css.

margin-top: 0;
}
.footer-block__heading {
  text-align: right;
}
.footer-block__newsletter:not(:only-child){
margin-right:0 !important;
}
.footer-block__image-wrapper {
  margin-bottom: 0;
}

Go to online store ----> themes ----> actions ----> edit code ---->base.css
add this code at the end of the file and save.

.footer-block.grid__item.scroll-trigger.animate--slide-in {
text-align: center;
}
.footer-block--newsletter.scroll-trigger.animate--slide-in {
margin-top: 0px !important;
}
