Took a ownership of another store

Hello!

By my mistake I took a ownership of another store. Now I have two stores in my account. I wanted to deactivate it but I can not, due to reason I did not put my billing informasion and did not choose a plan for this store. I would love receive a help how to close/deactivate/pause the store.

Thanks for reaching out to the Shopify community.

Here are the steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan.

  2. Click Deactivate store.

  3. If applicable, review the options to switch to the Pause and build plan, or start a new store.

  4. If you still want to deactivate, then click Deactivate Store.

  5. Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.

  6. Enter your password, and then click Deactivate now.

You receive an email to confirm that your store’s deactivated.
