You need to import all the blog from WordPress and provide he .CSV file. Then I will export it to Shopify using blog API.

If you are aware about some programming language then you can use shopify blog api to migrate blogs from wordpress to shopify by exporting csv from wordpress and then import using shopify blog api.
If you want some third party app solution then matrixify app can help you to achive the same.
