I use the 3rd party shipping tool for my labels and delivery which is linked to Shopify.
When I fulfil and order, this processes through as a manual shipment in Shopify.
However I have noticed this sidesteps the dispatch notification for Shopify, so my customers do not know the item has shipped.
Is there a way to ensure these notifications are still sent out, otherwise the only way I have found around it is to manually edit the tracking in Shopify to something else temporarily, then update it again with the correct tracking and to send a notification.
