trying to make text horizontal on Debut Theme

I have two requests:

  1. I am have three columns in my footer for my Debut Theme store and want to remove the third column and instead have that text in the third column run horizontal below the newsletter across the footer. Please see image below.

  2. I would like the links under " Quick links" to be made into two columns instead of one so it is more condensed.
